HELLO world I am here waiting.

So after the pushing and prodding of various people and the advice of social media "experts" I am taking a stab at blogging. I say stab because I don't mean to but being from the South will inevitably butcher the English language. But since I am sitting here waiting for a possible buyer or seller to just pull into the driveway, I figured why not. What's the worst that could happen. I amuse you for a couple minutes and may even add some valuable insight to what you were wondering anyway. How's the real estate market? Better and getting great.
